First you need to download Quicktime with Itunes (it's free!): http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
At the top of the screen, choose the "Advanced" menu.
Then choose "Subscribe to Podcast".
Enter the following in the box: http://atomicteevee.libsyn.com/rss
You're now subscribed to the Atomic TV vodcast through Itunes.
FireANT is a great alternative to Itunes for viewing video since it plays *any* media format (Quicktime, Windows Media, Flash, Real) and can sync downloaded files with portable media players such as the iPod and Sony PSP.

Watching Atomic TV Vodcasts with Quicktime Player
If you want, you can right-click the vodcast link, save it to your hard drive, then open the file with Quicktime.
If the file does not open you may have to make an adjustment in your
Quicktime preferences. Open your Quicktime player, then from the menu
at top choose: Check the + plus sign in front of MPEG, and then check the box for MPEG-4 media.
If you use an RSS reader (I use Bloglines) you will be getting both the Atomic TV Vodcast and The Atomic TV Blog. So you need to enter a different RSS feed to subscribe: http://www.atomicteevee.com/atom.xml
